Terms of Service

"SolidPix" refers to the image hosting and photo sharing services operated through solidpix.vercel.app and affiliated hosting nodes.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into these Terms in your country or territory. If you represent an entity or organization, you certify that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

SolidPix allows users to upload, store, process, resize, share, and embed digital images. Supported file types, dimensions, storage quotas, and feature availability may be modified at any time without prior notice.

SolidPix is a public host. Do not upload confidential, sensitive personal information, proprietary trade secrets, or unredacted identifying records.

You retain all ownership rights in the original images you upload. You are solely responsible for all files you upload, distribute, or share through the service. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents to publish and distribute such material.

You grant SolidPix a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, cache, display, generate thumbnails from, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the service. This license terminates when your content is deleted from the platform.

You may NOT upload, share, host, or link to any content that:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Minor Exploitation: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy. Any depiction, illustration, or synthetic generation involving minors will result in immediate permanent banning and reporting to law enforcement authorities (e.g., NCMEC).
• Non-Consensual Imagery: Sexually explicit material published without the affirmative consent of every depicted participant, revenge pornography, voyeuristic photos, or hidden camera material.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets without lawful authorization.
• Malicious Software & Fraud: Malware, viruses, trojans, phishing materials, deceptive links, or executables disguised as image files.
• Unlawful Activity: Promotion of terrorism, violence, hate speech, illegal weapons, defamatory content, harassment, or unauthorized private personal data (doxxing).

Lawful adult or sexually explicit content is permitted only when all persons depicted are at least 18 years of age and provided affirmative, informed consent to both the recording and public distribution of the imagery.

Pages displaying adult content require visitors to acknowledge their legal age via an age verification pop-up before the content can be viewed.

Users must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, DDoS, or compromise the stability of our servers and infrastructure.
• Use aggressive automated crawlers, scrapers, or botnets that degrade platform performance.
• Circumvent account suspensions, upload restrictions, rate limits, or IP bans.
• Use SolidPix as an image proxy for phishing or unsolicited commercial spam.
• Impersonate any administrator, moderator, or another user.

Generated image links, BBCode, and HTML embeds may be shared on forums, websites, blogs, and social platforms. SolidPix reserves the right to disable, throttle, or redirect links experiencing abusive bandwidth consumption or violating these Terms.

SolidPix reserves the right to inspect, moderate, classify, restrict, or delete any image at our discretion, without liability, if we have reason to believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

Users and copyright holders may report violating content directly from each image page using the Report button or by submitting a notice with the relevant image hash.

To maintain system integrity and enforce our terms, SolidPix logs standard technical telemetry, including IP addresses, timestamps, browser signatures, and referrer domains. This information is used strictly for security monitoring, spam prevention, and compliance with lawful requests.

SolidPix provides hosting as a convenience, not as an archival backup service. Images may be deleted, corrupted, or become inaccessible due to maintenance, system outages, policy enforcement, or storage limits. You must always maintain local backups of your files.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOLIDPIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLIDPIX OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
